Main results of research, development and technological work

According to the s/b 30-06 "Research of hybrid systems of automation of technological processes with diffused parameters" all the information obtained as a result of work on the previous stages is summarized. The results on the analysis of the stability of hybrid systems with diffused parameters are generalized. A structural analysis of systems with diffused parameters is performed. Classification of methods for synthesizing these systems is performed. Methods of identification and synthesis of control of technological processes with diffused parameters are proposed.

According to the s/b 26-141 "Development of methods of analysis and synthesis, algorithms, software and creation of highly efficient automation systems based on modern information technologies and software and hardware complexes" generalizing works on the creation of adaptive control algorithms for objects with distributed parameters, having a given quality of control were performed. The algorithms for identifying complex chemical and technological processes based on Voltaire series are developed. The algorithms for the mathematical description of the dynamics of concentration for control objects with distributed parameters are  developed. The algorithms for the synthesis of extreme control systems by chemical and technological parameters are developed. The algorithms for the synthesis of adaptive control systems for technological processes are developed.

According to the economic agreement 29-433 "Research and improvement of the temperature control system for drying hard gelatinous capsules in the third zone of the automatic line" a critical analysis of the existing control system for the temperature object was carried out. The most representative place for measuring the temperature of the drying agent was identified. The structure of the automatic control system, which ensures the specified quality of the process was selected. A mathematical model of the drying process in the third zone of the HGC production line was developed, and on the basis of the information obtained, a synthesis of an automatic control system for the temperature of continuous action in a given zone was carried out. The necessary elements of the developed system are selected, the instrument specification, the automation project documentation of the object are compiled.
