The graduate program is a sequence of courses that prepares students for careers in the pharmacy field. Learning opportunities develop academic and professional knowledge and skills required for job acquisition, retention, and advancement. The students will learn how to set up, operate, and maintain laboratory equipment, monitor experiments, analyze data, and record and interpret results. They are also trained to design fermentation vats and various bioreactors for microorganisms that will produce a given product, to plan equipment layout and workflow to maintain efficient use of plant facilities.

Industrial Technology of Medicines and Pharmaceuticals
Would-be specialists study biochemistry, microbiology and general biology, Latin, principles of pharmacology, technology of medicines and pharmaceuticals, chemistry and technology of biologically-active substances, methods of genetic engineering, technologies of microbial synthesis of antibiotics, vitamins and enzymes. Students acquire knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical enterprises design, computer simulation and optimization of chemical-technological processes.
Fine Organic Synthesis
Students study pharmaceutical chemistry; chemistry of heterocyclic compounds; kinetics, catalysis and mechanisms of chemical reactions in the presence of organic substances; methods of organic compounds analysis; technology of medicines and pharmaceuticals; biochemistry; general biology, Latin, principles of pharmacology. Students acquire knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical enterprises design, computer simulation and optimization of chemical-technological processes.
Professional employment – enterprises for production of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, enzymes and other biologically active substances; institutions engaged in chemical synthesis of substances and development of new medicines and pharmaceuticals.
