1 Cooperation with OOO SKTB ElPa (Uglich, Russian Federation)
In accordance with the thematic plan of research in 2016, the contractual theme of CD 13-008 "Adjustment of the composition and technological regime of the formation of nanostructured material for sealing the housing elements of quartz resonators" was carried out. A low-melting oxyfluoride glass was synthesized for a nano-structured sealing coating used as a glass cement for the connection of quartz parts of high-temperature manometric resonators. An experimental batch of glass granulate was produced, which was introduced into production as a glass cement with an economic effect of 1 million tons. 850 thousand rubles, which is confirmed by the act of implementation.
2 Cooperation with OOO Etiprodaks, NITU MISiS (Moscow, Russian Federation)
The HC-15-087 "Comprehensive comparative assessment of technological, technical, physical-chemical and ecological properties of aluminosilicate glasses and borosilicate E-glasses" was performed. Analytical review of patent and information sources of literature in the field of production of continuous electrical insulating glass fibers; Synthesis of glasses "Аdvantex" and boroaluminosilicate E-glasses with boron oxide content of 3.0-9.5% by weight. And their technological properties are investigated. A comparative evaluation of the speed of silicate and glass formation processes in the melting of glasses from charge compositions of various compositions was carried out, the temperature dependence of the viscosity of glasses and their crystallization ability was studied. The temperatures of the technological scale of viscosity (cooking temperature, production, vitrification) and the upper glass crystallization temperature, the temperature coefficient of linear expansion, density, softening temperature, mechanical strength, chemical resistance, breaking load of fibers, alkali resistance and acid resistance are determined.
The contractual theme of HD 15-491 "Investigation of the corrosion resistance of refractories of baddeleyite-corundum composition to the effect of molten glass of alkali boroaluminosilicate glass" was performed. The synthesis of glasses of three compositions in the system R2O-RO-B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 (where R is Na, K, Ca, Mg) is carried out; Tests with static method of corrosion resistance of baddeleyite-corundum refractories to the effect of glass mass of synthesized glass compositions. Financing of the works in the reporting period was not carried out.
The negotiable topic HD 15-421 "The use of colemanite in the production of continuous fiberglass" was performed. The efficiency of the use of colemanite in the production of continuous fiberglass is analyzed. Advisory services were provided at the International Forum "Glass and Modern Technologies - XXI".
The project FF theme 15-092 "Development of new best-practice methods for the synthesis of ceramic, metal and metal-ceramic materials of various morphologies" is being carried out jointly with the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "National Research Technological University "MISiS", Moscow. The synthesis of ceramics based on aluminum borate, as well as metals (Ni, Fe, Cu, Co) and metal composites Ni / MgAl2O4, Co / MgAl2O4 and Cu / MgAl2O4 at exothermic interaction in solutions (solution combustion synthesis) is carried out. The obtained materials have the form of a highly porous foam with an average crystal structure size of 30-80 nm. All the materials obtained are characterized by a developed surface (28-30 m2 / g) and particle sizes from data of X-ray diffraction analysis of 30-50 nm.
3 Foreign internships. Summer schools
In the period from August 2016 to February 2017 the assistant of the chair, Ph.D. Poznyak Anna is conducting a foreign scientific and pedagogical training in the USA, Texas, College Station.
In the period from 25.09.2016 to 01.10.2016 the associate professor, Ph.D. Trusova Ekaterina was trained in the framework of the international program Erasmus + at the University. Aristotle in Thessaloniki (Greece).
In the period from 23.11.2016 to 03.12.2016 the senior teacher, Ph.D. Popov Rostislav visited the Tomsk Polytechnic University (Institute of High-Tech Physics) (RF, Tomsk) to pursue scientific and pedagogical training, establish contacts in the scientific and technical sphere and educational activities.
In the period from August 22 to August 31, 2016, the post-graduate student of the second year of training Gundilovich Nikolai was trained in a summer school at the University of Duisburg-Essen (Germany)
In the summer of 2016, Christoph Rother, a student at the Technical University of Vienna (Technische Uniwersität Wien, Vienna, Austria), practiced at the Department of Glass and Ceramics Technology.
From July 13 to July 24, 2015, Poznyak AI, a research assistant of the department, took part in the international summer school "Integrating Bioresources and Waste in Urban and Rural Energy Systems" and twinning with the New University of Lisbon and the National Laboratory of Energy and Geology (LNEG) within the framework of the project "Reinforcing cooperation with EAP countries on bridging the gap between energy research and energy innovation – Energy "program Horizont 2020 (the city of Lisbon). In preparation for the school, Poznyak A. I got acquainted with the contents of the Ener2i project and the rules of participation in the Horizon 2020 program for partners from Belarus, and a project was prepared and presented on the topic "Comprehensive study of sewage sludge and possibilities of their use as an alternative source of raw materials in obtaining ceramics of lower energy capacity".
4 Cooperation with Vilnius State Technical University named after Gedeminas
Within the framework of the project FF 15-091 "Investigation of the formation of the microstructure of a permeable high-alumina ceramic for micro- and ultrafiltration of disperse hydrosystems" carried out jointly by the Belarusian State Technological University and the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VSTU), a meeting was held on October 6, 2016 From VSTU (Dr. O. Kizinievich, Dr. Sc. G. Skripkynaas). At the meeting, the results of joint research were discussed. The results of the work were reported at the 2nd Belarusian-Baltic Forum "Cooperation - the catalyst of innovation growth", which took place on October 6-7, 2016 in the scientific and technical park of BNTU "Polytechnic", Minsk.

Department of Glass and Ceramic Technology of the Belarusian State Technological University are open for cooperation with national and foreign producers and scientific units in the field of synthesis of inorganic materials. The department possesses a wide experience in materials science and disposes laboratories with modern equipment for synthesis and research.
The Department accepts orders for the production of experimental batches within the framework of conclusion of economic contracts:
• Sitall granulate from biosital-11 and porous implants from biositall IPS-7/1 for filling defects of bone tissue in maxillofacial surgery (there is a permit of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus);
