JOINT MASTER STUDY PROGRAM

In REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT

 

with issuance of two Master diplomas

 

The Master study program has been designed for the highly qualified and motivated students who have the qualification degree of not less than a Bachelor who are professionally interested in studying the real estate management, in particular its international aspects.

The term of study is 2 years (4 semesters, 2 in BSTU and 2 in Vilnius Gediminas Technical University)

The form of education is Distant

The languages of education are Russian and English

 

The students who have successfully completed the course of education and defended Master’s thesis obtain the academic degree of Master in Management. They get two diplomas: the diploma of BSTU that is valid in the Commonwealth of Independent States and the diploma of VGTU which is valid in the countries of the European Union. The speciality is accredited in Belarus and the European Union. The studies classes are held in distant form via the Internet during the semesters, after that training sessions are held in the partner Universities in Belarus and Lithuania. For that purpose the Master’s degree student receives an annual free of charge Schengen visa. Every Master’s degree student is appointed a scientific supervisor and an advisor (one from BSTU, the second from VGTU). The educational process is carried out with support of the international organizations: CEI (Central European Initiative), New Eurasia, Tempus, Ministry of Education and Science of Lithuania.

The students of our department have access to a wide set of additional advanced study facilities. The department has developed and is developing the international cooperation projects at present. These are the cooperation projects with the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency of European Union, Central European Institute, Eurasia Foundation, USAid fund and others.

 

The GIS Centre of the Production Organization and Real Estate Economics department provides the advanced study and students’ scientific work in the field of geoinformation systems. The students are taught to process the data of the remote sensing of the Earth and use it to improve the quality of land and Real Estate management.

 

The Joint Households Resource Centre of the Production Organization and Real Estate Economics department provides training of the specialists in the field of housing management and dissemination of the best European experience in this field with the help of international organization Initiative Wohnungswirtshaft Osteueropa (Germany).

 

The students of our department have access to the upscale study materials, Electronic Library and Intellectual Study Environment developed in the European, Russian and Belarusian universities while implementing the CENEAST project.

 

The “Education for Drones" project of the Production Organization and Real Estate Economics department provides training in the field of the practical application of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles to monitor the land use, formation of real estate, maintaining buildings and constructions and other areas of civil application.

 

The persons who have completed the 1st stage of higher education and have a Bachelor (or equivalent) degree valid in Belarus in one of the following specialities can attend the Program WITHOUT AN ENTRY EXAMINATION:

1-75 Forestry and Landscape Architecture;

1-25 Economics;

1-26 Management;

1-27 Economics and Plant Organization;

1-36 11 Building and Municipal Engineering;

1-69 Architecture;

1-70 Building;

1-56 Land Planning;

1-74 04 Rural Building and Placemaking;

1-96 Economical Safety.

 

The persons who have completed the 1st stage of higher education and have a Bachelor (or equivalent) degree valid in Belarus in any other speciality can attend the Program under the condition that they are successful in PASSING THE ENTRY EXAMINATION in Real Estate Management.

 

The cost of education is 1500 EUR per year of studies

The terms of handing in of the documents to BSTU: July - August 2017.

The studies begin in September 2017.
